Before you choose a plan.
Is this the same as a public profile on Salomio?
No. A public profile is a page on Salomio that you share. These plans build a website on the salon’s own domain. Connect and Grow also install the Salomio CRM there.
What does the CRM cover?
On Connect and Grow it keeps customer records and appointments on your website, with reports and analytics. Starter is the website only.
Who pays for messages?
On Connect and Grow, SMS and WhatsApp usage is paid by the salon. The monthly plan fee does not include that usage.
What is backed up?
Connect and Grow include daily, weekly and monthly backups of the website and the CRM. Starter does not include that backup set.
Is the website on WordPress, and is the domain free?
Yes. The CRM and the salon website run on WordPress. The website and a free domain are included for as long as you remain a Salomio customer.
