What these terms cover

These terms explain how Salomio works for people looking for a salon and for salon owners who publish a profile, a listing, or order a website with CRM. By using the site you agree to them, together with the terms of use.

The Salomio service

Salomio is a place to search hair salons, barbershops and beauty studios, compare services, photos and reviews, and contact a salon. Owners can create an account, publish a public profile, and post services as listings.

• Search by name, service, category and location.
• A public profile you can share on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other pages you already use.
• Profile details can include a photo, address, working hours, map pin, social links, a gallery and the services you choose.
• Service listings can appear in search and on the public profile.
• A beauty journal with articles.
• The site is available in Arabic, English and Persian.

Accounts

Some actions need an account, including publishing a profile or a listing. Sign-in can use your mobile number and WhatsApp. You are responsible for the number on the account and for keeping access to it.

Profiles, listings and reviews

What you publish should be accurate. Photos, prices, services, hours and the address are yours to keep up to date. Salomio may hide a public profile or a listing that breaks these terms, without deleting the account.

Reviews are the words of the people who leave them. A review must describe a real experience and must not include threats, private data or unrelated advertising.

Custom website and CRM

Salomio also offers a salon website on the salon’s own address, built on WordPress, with CRM on the Connect and Grow plans. The plans are Salomio Starter at 150 Omani rials a month, Salomio Connect at 300, and Salomio Grow at 500. Each plan runs for 12 months. The website setup fee is zero. The website and a free domain are included for as long as you remain a Salomio customer.

• Starter is one language, chosen from Arabic, English or Persian. Connect is two of those languages. Grow is all three.
• Core pages are home, services, blog, about, contact, and terms. More pages can be added with no fixed cap.
• Connect and Grow include the Salomio CRM for customer records and appointments, plus reports. They also include daily, weekly and monthly backups.
• Grow includes 12 blog articles a month and preparation of up to 5 products on each working day. The salon supplies each product’s photo, features and price.
• Each plan includes up to 10 support or new-page requests a month, done in the order they arrive.
• On Connect and Grow, the cost of SMS and WhatsApp messages is paid by the salon.
• A request sent from the CRM page is an enquiry, not a confirmed contract, until Salomio accepts it.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give Salomio permission to show them on the profile, the listing and, where a plan includes it, on the salon website. The Salomio name, logo and site design stay with Salomio.

Availability and responsibility

Salons are independent businesses. An appointment, a price or a result shown on a profile is the salon’s responsibility. Salomio does not guarantee that every listing is available, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Critical problems on a contracted website are handled as described in that plan.

Changes and contact

Salomio may update these terms. The date below changes when that happens. Questions about these terms can be sent from the contact page.
