How to use Salomio.

Using the website

These terms of use cover day-to-day use of Salomio: browsing, searching, creating an account, saving a salon, publishing a profile or listing, reading the journal, and sending a contact or CRM request. They sit beside the terms and regulations.

Who may use it

You may use Salomio if you can form a binding agreement where you live. Do not use another person’s phone number to open an account, and do not share access to your account.

Search, profiles and listings

Search results depend on what salons have published and on the location and category you choose. A public profile shows the details the owner turned on, which can include hours, a map, social links, photos and services. Listings describe a service. Contact details on a listing may require you to be signed in.

What you may not do

• Post false prices, stolen photos or a salon you do not represent.
• Scrape the site, overload it, or try to get into another account.
• Send spam through the contact form, a review or a CRM request.
• Upload anything unlawful, hateful or sexually exploitative.

Messages you send

The contact form asks for your name, phone, email and message so the team can reply. A CRM request asks for your name, the salon name, a phone number, how you prefer to be reached (call, WhatsApp or Telegram) and any note you add. It also records which plan you chose. These requests are stored for the Salomio team and are not published on the site.

Language and cookies

You can read Salomio in Arabic, English or Persian. The site may store a cookie or similar data so you stay signed in and so the language you picked is remembered. That storage is part of using the account and the language switcher.

Stopping access

Salomio may suspend an account, hide a profile or remove a listing that breaks these terms. You can pause your own public profile from the account. Pausing hides the page from visitors and keeps the details in the account.

Changes

When these terms of use change, the date on this page changes with them. Continuing to use Salomio after that date means you accept the updated terms. For a question, use the contact page.
